• Washing: Machine wash inside out in cold water (30°C or below)
• Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
• Ironing: Iron inside out on low to medium heat - avoid ironing directly on the print
• Bleaching: Do not bleach
• Dry Cleaning: Not recommended

4. Accepted file formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PNG (high resolution)

Artwork Requirements:

• Minimum 300 DPI resolution
• Vector files preferred for best quality
• Convert all text to outlines/curves
• Use CMYK or Pantone colour mode

Delivery Options:

• Standard (7-10 days): Included in price
• Express (4-5 days): +£5
• Rush (2-3 days): +£10 (artwork must be confirmed before 11am)
